We’re taking our most popular dinner on the road to New York City this summer, in partnership with the James Beard Foundation! On June 28th and 29th, our James Beard nominated chef Renee Touponce will be the chef-in-residence at Platform Pier 57, NYC’s newest food hall whose mission is to champion a standard of good food, anchoring in talent, equity, and sustainability.
For one night only, Chef Touponce brings her famed "Pig & Oyster” dinner to Platform, featuring various preparations of oysters and pork, sourced from farms near and dear to her heart. Guests will also savor cocktails designed by beverage director Jade Ayala, plus distinct wine pairings for each course. Don’t miss this epic feast!
